Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Programme
- Commission will not be paid on click and collect orders placed via affiliates on the Anglia Tool Centre Website.
- PPC advertising is permitted on a restricted basis.
- Commission will not be paid on any transaction found to use an unauthorised voucher code, including but not limited to any ATC Rewards discount code.
- As part of the restricted PPC policy, we ask that you do not directly advertise/appear for our brand name (Anglia Tool Centre, Ridgeons) without our express written permission. This includes any derivations, misspellings or variations and is applicable to all search engines.
- We also ask that you do not advertise Anglia Tool Centre by targeting competitors brand names in any form.
- Use of the Anglia Tool Centre display URL is also prohibited in any PPC campaigns
- Affiliates wishing to promote Anglia Tool Centre using the PPC channel must do so using their own websites or landing pages. Affiliates may not use a URL redirect to take the customer directly to the Anglia Tool Centre website from a PPC advert – you must always use your own website and landing page.
- Advertising on power tool brand names (i.e. Makita), and product categories in a broad sense (i.e. power tools) is permitted.
- Anglia Tool Centre reserves the right to request changes to bidding on key terms which is deemed inappropriate and may contact you to request bidding on certain key terms is ceased at any time. Failure to comply may result in commission payments not being paid.
- Affiliates found breaking these terms may have pending transactions cancelled or face suspension from the programme.
