With its lightweight design at just 3.9kg, the Makita DUN500WRTE pole hedge trimmer is powered by the Makita LXT 18v lithium ion range. Supplied with 2 x 5aH LXT batteries and a charger, you have all you need to get you started.  It features a robust 50cm double sided blade which cut in a double-reciprocating cutting action, for cutting efficiency the triple sharpened cutting teeth capture and hold the branches. The blades are curved in design to reduce friction and suppress energy which results in increased run time.

The blades are adjusted through 13 stages up to 135° with a 45° tilt up or a 90° tilt down. Once you have finished the work, the blades can be folded down to 180° for easy transport or storage. With the pole design of this headge trmmer is will allow you to work at height for the hard to reach hedges. The pole hedge trimmer has 3 speed to select with a reverse switch. For sfety the hedge trimmer features an electric brake and will automatically shut down if it is not operated after 60 seconds. Low vibrations thanks to the anti vibrations structure along with low weight and two hand grip ensure it provides the user with an ergonomic use.
