Terms and Conditions
Payment
Visa, Visa debit, MasterCard and Switch/Maestro card are accepted as methods of payment. All transactions are in pounds sterling.
Delivery
The 1st order can only be delivered to card holders address. Anglia Tool Centre delivery charges in Mainland UK including Vat are as follows,
Orders under £100 delivery charge ………….£5.00 (Next Day).
Orders under £100 delivery charge…………..£7.00 (Before noon).
Saturday Delivery…………………………….£15.00.
Orders over £100 delivery charge ………….Free (Before noon)
Orders received prior to 4pm will be delivered next working day. (ie If you place your order before 4pm on Monday your order should be delivered on Tuesday)

Pricing
Prices are quoted inclusive and exclusive of VAT. Our invoice will detail a separate total of VAT charged for all the goods. The only possible additional charge above the price quoted for the item is a delivery charge on orders with a total value of under £100 or Saturday deliveries.
Please note that the prices shown are the Anglia Tool Centre website, may differ to our in-store prices.
Guarantees
Anglia Tool Centre follows the manufacturer’s policy. If a product is faulty and under guarantee you should follow the procedures detailed below.
Cooling off period
You may if you wish cancel your order for any reason within 7 days starting on the day after you receive the goods. You will need to notify us that you wish to do this, specifying our invoice number of the order to be cancelled. If you do this we may ask you to pay the cost of returning the goods to us but apart from this, the whole of your money will be returned to you within 7 days from receipt of goods.
Goods should be returned unused and in their original undamaged packaging.
Returns & Refunds
After the cooling off period we shall not accept on return for credit any goods ordered from us incorrectly or subsequently found to be surplus to the customer's requirements.
Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Items
If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty then you will need to contact us on 01284 716010 and we will issue you with a returns code, explain our returns procedure and discuss with you the easiest and most convenient way for you to return the item(s) to us. You should then return the item(s) to us by the agreed method together with a completed Goods Return Form which will have been sent to you with your original order. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of posting as confirmation of delivery.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the goods and any carriage costs.
Stock Availability
Anglia Tool Centre try very hard to ensure that the products featured on this website are in stock and can be delivered to you next working days. However despite our best endeavours, some items may be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case you will be informed as to the expected delay, and given the opportunity to wait for the goods ordered to arrive, to cancel the order or to order the nearest possible alternative.
Health & Safety
Some goods or materials sold by us can be dangerous and cause risk to health and safety. Customers should ask us for health and safety information about the storage and use of any such goods or materials.
Contract Information and Governing Law
A binding contract for sale and purchase of goods and/or services between us and the customer will only come into effect when we issue you with a confirmation of order by e-mail, fax, telephone or letter. We are not obliged to accept any order you submit.
For the avoidance of doubt the contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you and Anglia Tool Centre will agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Consumer Protection
Your Statutory rights are unaffected by anything appearing in these terms and conditions.

This sensitive information is held only as long as necessary for us to meet our obligations to you and the credit card companies
