When are you open?
Our sales office is available to take calls from 08.00-17.30. Our showrooms are open in the week from 08.00-17.00 and from 08.00 until 12 noon on Saturdays.
I have a complaint, where do I make it?

Delivery

Which courier do you use?
Our orders will be delivered by DPD, who provide you with 1 hour time slots on the day of delivery.
Do you deliver overseas?
We deliver to the UK and Ireland only. All locations can be found on the ‘choose delivery option’ tab when checking out.
When will my goods be delivered?
This depends on the delivery option you select. Most items are available for next day, some are 2-3 working days depending on their stock location. If you live in Ireland then 3-5 working days.
Is it possible for me to request weekend deliveries?
Yes, you can have your order delivered on Saturday or Sunday for a £9.95 fee.
What happens if I’m not home when they try to deliver?
Our deliveries require a signature in every case. DPD will either try and leave it with a neighbour or store it at the local depo for redelivery. If you have provided a mobile telephone number, you can request DPD take the item to a local pickup store for convenient collection.
What is your cut off time for next day delivery?
You must order before 17.30 for next working day delivery.

Miscellaneous

What guarantee comes with the goods?
All items come with a 1 year guarantee, with us. Some manufacturers offer extended warranty if the product is registered within 30 days. Information on extended warranty will be boxed within applicable items.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes, an invoice should arrive with your order. We can provide replacements and copies via email.
Will my tool work with your batteries?
If the brand and voltage match then our products should work with most batteries, chargers or tools on the market. Any questions, please call us.
I have seen you advertise trade shows, what are these and where can I find out about them?
Throughout the year we host our own shows and assist partners. Check out our website, blogs and social media pages for updates on these events.

Orders

Can I change an order once it has been submitted?
Unfortunately, billing and delivery details can’t be changed once an order is completed. Depending on whether the product(s) have been dispatched it may be possible to make changes to the products ordered by calling us.
Can my order be sent to a different address?
Your first phone order must be sent to your billing address. Following that they can be sent to another address in the UK, as can all online orders.
One of the items included in my order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
Check your emails and spam- if that doesn’t clear it up then give our customer service team a call.
Can I track my order online?
Our courier DPD allow you to track your order. You should receive a text from them with details if you’ve provided us your mobile number. Alternatively, we can give it to you over the phone.

Website

My tool looks slightly different to what I ordered on your product page, why is that?
We make every effort to ensure all tools and accessories are accurate and up to date. Manufacturers sometimes make subtle updates to products and, as such, there may be some small variations between the image you see on screen and the product you receive. These should not affect the performance of your machine but if you are not happy with the item you receive, please call our customer service team.
How confident shall I be that the product I’ve ordered is in stock?
We try our best to ensure stock levels on our website and other channels are as accurate as possible. However, in a small amount of cases, items can be found to be out of stock or damaged. In these instances, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
What do I do if I’m having trouble using your website?
We try to make our website as user friendly as possible. Please contact our customer service team with any issues.
