After the cooling off period we shall not accept on return for credit / refund any goods ordered from us incorrectly or subsequently found to be surplus to the customer's requirements.
Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Items If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty on receipt then you will need to contact us and we will issue you with a returns code, explain our returns procedure and arrange collection via our courier.
You should then return the item(s) to us by the agreed method together with a completed Return Form (download link above). Faulty machines within warranty period.
If a product develops a fault within the stated manufacturers warranty period the manufacturer will accept the item for warranty repair.
Bosch and Milwaukee will collect the item from the consumer address and return to you following warranty repair. Other brands will require you to take the goods to your local distributor who will forward the item to the manufacturer for warranty repair.
Alternatively you can post the item to Anglia Tool Centre (at your expense). Upon receipt we will then arrange for warranty repair on your behalf and return the repaired item to you (at our expense). Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of posting as confirmation of delivery.
