The Scheppach Basa 1 is a light duty bench top bandsaw which combines innovative design and unique features to make this the perfect machine for home and smaller joinery workshops.

With its heavy steel and cast iron construction, large 195 x 100 mm cutting capacity, coupled with a powerful 300 watt induction motor, cutting wood and plastics is made both easy and simple.

This Scheppach bandsaw takes blade sizes between 3-12 mm which will give you the versatility to perform all types of straight, bevel and curved cuts. Multi angle cuts are also made easy to perform with the standard mitre guide. 

Though the Basa 1 is the smallest of all the Scheppach bandsaws, it incorporates many of the features found on the larger models and delivers big machine performance in a compact hobby bandsaw.
