This Trend lock jig is ergonomic and simple to use, allowing for the recess for a Euro Lock Cylinder barrel to be routed out effortlessly.

• Routs out recess to suit Euro lock cylinder barrel size 33 mm x 17 mm/10 mm
• Sliding plate allows handle pitch to lock body adjustment from 45 mm to 115 mm
• 44 mm and 57 mm backset
• Jig is designed to give a 1 mm clearance around the barrel
• Allows 16 mm diameter hole for handle spindle to be routed
• Holes for use with 2.75 mm diameter Trend Snappy drill bit guide for marking handle lock plate at 40 mm centres
• Made from 12 mm thick High Pressure Laminate for longer life
• Long rotating edge stops for use with 44 mm doors with leading edge
